When Funky Buddha Was Open
Funky Buddha was a nightclub at 15 Berkeley Street in Mayfair, a short walk from Green Park station. It was known for a celebrity-heavy crowd and loud, lively parties, with hip hop and RnB as the main music.
It opened on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, and the dress code was smart and elegant.
When it was open, tables started from around £1,000 minimum spend, with Saturdays usually the most expensive, and the guestlist was for ladies only. None of this can be booked now.
